In 1984, I was a “ticket runner” for a travel agency called CitiTravel. It was located in Oklahoma Tower, in a space which is now occupied by Downtown Oklahoma City, Inc.. My job was to assemble airline tickets and other travel documents for our customers.
A part of that duty was to walk over to the Trans World Airlines (TWA) ticket office, which was located on the upper level of the Century Center Mall, to obtain boarding passes for customers flying TWA. Roger Bresahan was the office manager, as well as the sales rep for the airline here in OKC at that time.
I also enjoyed going to lunch at the Century Center, because Schlotzky’s and Que-Pasa were both inexpensive and quick.
